What to expect on your first visit

Berni, our Meditation Facilitator, is a Reiki Therapist and has lived and breathed meditation for many years.  Each session will start with gentle energy movement exercises to help you connect and relax into the meditation.  Whether you are new to meditation or it is your regular practice, you are very welcome.  Suitable for all levels.
