A better approach to movement, health and wellbeing

An Osteopath sees people with aches and pains arising from the body during work, sport and life. We treat all pain and physical conditions affecting nerves, muscles, joints and bones.

  • Diagnose pain and physical conditions.
  • Use hands-on therapeutic techniques.
  • Provide effective pain relief.
  • Can give ergonomic advice.
  • Can provide exercise programs.
  • Educate you about your injuries and best pain management options.

Osteopathy is best described as musculoskeletal medicine, with its practitioners being skilled in manual examination, diagnosis, and treatment for musculoskeletal issues. Our core philosophical tenet recognises the unity of the person in pain, and how physical health relies on and affects the wellbeing of the person across many domains.
